Hello, let me introduce myself to you. I am a therapist who is dedicated to work with clients motivated to improve their lives in these days of uncertainty and change. I have been in practice since 1975 and have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of problems and concerns. I love working with people who want help defining their goals and purpose in life, and are willing to internally challenge themselves. I also love to work with clients who are committed to growing. My goal as your therapist will be to help you rationally but creatively assess the problems you are facing and come up with solutions that will work for you. Therapy is a process of making sense of your personal challenges and developing tools and strategies to master them.
