It is my goal with each individual to build a strong therapeutic relationship where the client can feel accepted for who they are and experience empathy, genuineness, and the safety needed to explore their most challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My typical theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also believe that it is necessary, at times, to draw from other orientations and therapies in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.
