I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) who graduated with an M.S. in clinical counseling from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. I have been practicing therapy for the past 15 years specializing in both individual and family therapy. I have worked with children, tweens, adolescents, and adults. My approach to therapy is tailored to you and/or your children’s needs. I approach therapy using concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), a family systems approach, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based skills.
