My practice, Rooted Life Therapy, is grounded in the belief that effective therapy is meant to help us bloom and thrive wherever our roots were planted. I work with both individuals and couples looking for growth and change in their lives. I have specific training and experience working with young adults in times of transition, identity formation, anxiety, grief & loss, depression, family planning, relational conflicts, and premarital preparation.
