The people I work best with are teens and young adults and adults who feel like life has thrown them one challenge after another—whether that’s family struggles, mental health concerns, substance use, self-harm, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or just feeling lost and disconnected. They may not have all the answers (yet), but they’re willing to take even the smallest step toward something better. What they need most is a safe place to be heard without judgment, to untangle the thoughts and feelings that feel overwhelming, and to learn tools that make day-to-day life more manageable.
