Client’s usually seek therapy when they feel “stuck”, unable to move beyond the obstacles they are facing. I am passionate about helping people tackle life’s challenges, to help them feel more empowered and in control. Rooted in a cognitive behavioral style of therapy, I aim to help my clients identify and eventually combat harmful beliefs and behaviors that may be holding them back from achieving their goals and living the life they desire. I work with my clients to build a “toolkit” full of skills that they can take with them outside the therapy room. My specialities include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, perinatal mental health and infertility.
