I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults and couples. I approach psychotherapy as an opportunity to address unresolved issues and conflicts as they arise in life through the therapeutic relationship. I believe it is important to examine the various ways and places in one's life that symptoms present, and to work to understand the function and underlying meanings of the symptoms. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse and relational issues. I have worked in all levels of care from residential treatment to the out-patient setting. I've worked as an out-patient therapist for the past 11 years.
