I have 20 years of experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I attended Mercer University School of Medicine. I have provided therapy in various settings including crisis, hospitalization, partial programs and have been in the private practice setting for 12 years. I assist with many therapy issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, communication, self-esteem, confidence, and mood disorders. The therapy models I practice often are Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Narrative therapy. I recognize that everyone is different, and therapy needs to be individualized.
