Have you or your child experienced grief, anxiety, or difficult changes as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, a death, or traumatic experience? I support children, adolescents, young adults and their caregivers in growing their ability to cope and regulate with these difficulties. I offer an individualized approach to therapy. I have extensive experience in providing group services, play therapy, and individual/family clinical interventions. I offer both in-person and remote services that focus on promoting resiliency and preventing disruptive grief, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, reactions to trauma, and suicidality.
