I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences. I have experience working with ages 18-75+ who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, major life transitions, LGBTQIA+ related concerns and other significant experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques and psychodynamic techniques. I create a uniquely tailored therapy experience, with emphasis on identifying and harnessing your individual strengths and needs.
