In my experience, we all find ourselves stumbling in life in some way or another. I have extensive training and experience working with clients who struggle with self harm, suffer from depression, anxiety, and low self esteem, are working through couple and family conflicts, are recovering from toxic and abusive relationships, and are stumbling on their journey towards healing, self acceptance, and happiness. My role is to be the therapeutic resource that brings the overflowing tool box of options to use on your journey.
