I am passionate and driven in helping others find their true selves. In therapy, we will explore what is working for you and what may be getting in the way of you being the person you want to be. Seeing my clients applying the skills and tools learned in counseling to be free from their anxiety, depression, and fears is priceless. My approach is collaborative and results driven. I use clinically proven treatment modalities to help you see the connection of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also will teach you skills to utilize in these moments. I work with gender diverse people and can offer letters for HRT and surgeries.
