While I work with ALL relationships, I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ couples, offering an informed, collaborative space to unpack what’s not working and to develop practical tools you can begin using right away to reconnect. If your relationship feels like a rollercoaster, connected one moment then distant the next, you’re not alone. Many couples start with love and good intentions but get stuck in patterns that leave them feeling unheard and overwhelmed. It’s not easy to speak openly about differences or unmet needs. Often, we protect ourselves in ways that block true connection. Together, we’ll explore new tools for communication, work through conflict, and begin healing so you and your partner can feel safe, seen, and supported again.
