I help people seek empowerment to live his/her best life, while providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My experience includes working with children and adolescents, as well as adults in several mental health settings, such as outpatient therapy and crisis intervention in a hospital. Cognitive behavioral therapy is typically my treatment model of preference. I treat issues and diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more!
