I am an LMSW practicing in person and remotely. My focus is on interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, identity, anxiety, and trauma. I have deep experience working with addiction and childlessness-not-by-choice. I have worked with folks to improve their well-being through focused, short-term therapy; others have benefited from longer, in-depth work to find successful coping with addiction recovery, infertility and family planning, ADHD, and trauma. Whether your concerns are about yourself, other people, work, school, stress, or they are more abstract, my goal is to create a safe space to explore and process them together.
