My name is Tracy Cappel-Rice, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have been providing therapy for over 20 years. My approach tends to be client centered. I work collaboratively with you to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and goals in therapy. I work with a variety of clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and stress from life's transitions. My therapeutic approach is eclectic including family systems theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness, while utilizing creative therapies for development, growth, and change.
