Coping with the twists and turns of life can be difficult for anyone of any age. At times we may need someone to help us process those twists and turns, and teach us how to cope. I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, but I don't have a preference for any particular age. My ideal client is someone who is curious about themselves and are willing to work toward flourishing on their own, someday, without me. My goal is to help provide a safe space for you to grow. I believe that the center of a great counseling relationship is trust and judgement free.
