I specialize in working with women in different stages of life ; adolescents, young adults, working professionals, and mothers. Each stage comes with its own challenges, and therapy can be extremely helpful when it comes to processing those difficulties in a confidential "safe space" with a trusted professional. When working with children and adolescents, I love to utilize art therapy techniques as the gateway to treatment. Sometimes it's hard to open up, and art therapy techniques and activities can help access different interpretations and understandings of life events and a person's feelings about those events.
