I am a trauma-informed, queer, feminist therapist who takes a collaborative and relational approach to healing. I believe our mental health is shaped not only by our inner lives, but by the systems, relationships, and cultural contexts we move through. In therapy, we slow down and work together to understand what healing looks like for you, honoring your lived experience and moving at a pace that prioritizes consent, emotional safety, and care.
