I have experience working with various individuals who face anxiety, depression, grief, loss, self-esteem, addiction, relationship concerns, and other life experiences. I utilize different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
