Many adolescents experience anxiety, depression, or trauma and struggle to know how best to manage their symptoms. Being young is difficult and it can often feel like no one understands what it’s like to grow up in the world today. I provide a safe and comfortable environment to discuss and address these struggles so that my clients can develop strategies that help them to successfully navigate family relationships, school challenges, and social interactions.
