I am a licensed mental health counselor with 7 years of experience working in numerous mental health settings. I am dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, collaborative atmosphere in which I can assist you in making the changes you wish to see in your life. I work with individuals throughout the lifespan (9-70 years old) who are experiencing a variety of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relational or family stressors, and trauma. I aim to help others in understanding how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their current situations, struggles, and overall identity.
