Lizzie's specialties are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy. She commonly integrates somatic approaches to address the connection between mind and body, is passionate about taking a systemic approach to therapy, and recognizes how relationships impact trauma and healing. Lizzie is a firm believer that in the therapeutic setting, you – the Client – are the expert on your life, and her role is to provide a safe space for you to heal and grow in the directions you choose. Lizzie is queer affirming and is passionate about serving individuals and families of all identities.
