Starting therapy can feel a little weird at first, especially for my first timers out there. It can also feel like a huge relief to have a space that’s just for you. Clients I work with often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, seen, and a little more at peace with parts of themselves they used to be so hard on. I work with those who are navigating anxiety, seeking a space to explore their identity, and wanting tools to build meaningful and fulfilling connections. I pull from a variety of modalities, including IFS, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and narrative therapy. My favorite part of the therapeutic process is when you and I begin to piece together what works for YOU.
