Being vulnerable, sharing trauma, facing fears, and experiencing change can feel overwhelming and isolating. However, I believe that with the right person by your side, growth and change are possible for everyone. Making it important to meet each individual where they are and build a strong foundation from there. Requiring sessions tailored to individual needs through collaborative efforts. And providing you with coping skills to manage your daily stressors. With varied experiences, I have a personal familiarity with (but not limited to) foster care and adoption, first responders (police, fire, EMS), and the field of education.
