Hi, I’m Elizabeth DeAngelis, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in NYC. I hold an Ed.M. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to process emotions and explore both past and present stressors. I specialize in helping individuals understand how early attachment patterns and trauma impact their current relationships and emotional well-being. Together, we can work toward improving relationships, building self-compassion, healing from trauma, and developing skills to support a more fulfilling life.
