I'm Liz Decasse (they/them), an independently licensed mental health counselor with an MA in Counseling who has worked with clients of all ages on issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, executive dysfunction, self-esteem, and adjusting to life stressors. I work primarily with adolescents and adults via telehealth. I especially enjoy working with those who feel outside of “traditional” societal norms: neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, polyamory/ENM, and kink-identified clients. I provide support with boundaries, self-advocacy, coping with stress, exploring patterns and ways to break away from what is no longer helping you, etc.
