I offer telehealth to clients throughout Illinois. I help adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions find relief and reconnect with themselves. Many of my clients are survivors of childhood sexual abuse, childhood trauma, or loss, and others are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, dyslexia) and are simply exhausted from masking or pushing through systems that weren’t built for them. Therapy with me is about unlearning shame, building coping tools, and learning to trust yourself again.
