Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience treating adolescents and adults. She has a focus on treatment of anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and mood disorders. While not subscribing to one treatment modality she utilized CBT skills learned at the Beck Institute. In 2019, she completed the Postpartum Support International credentialing process to be a certified specialist in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Elizabeth believes that therapy is an open space for individuals to set and achieve realistic goals in a nurturing supportive environment.
