I know that seeking out a new therapist or starting therapy can be an overwhelming and scary process, and my goal is to offer a compassionate and thoughtful space for you to engage in this important work. I have experience working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, body image and food-related issues, grief, sexual trauma, issues around identity development, big life transitions, and the general overwhelm that comes with existing as a human at this moment in time! I also have many years of experience working specifically with college students.
