As a therapist, my goal is to bear compassionate, curious witness to your life story. It is such a privilege to hold space for you. In session, we’ll work collaboratively toward your goals, befriend Parts of your internal system, and move toward the transformational work of unburdening. I’m committed to therapeutic work that is client-centered, non-pathologizing, and culturally sensitive. All clients are welcome. I’m committed to anti-racism and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m neurodivergence and body affirming. I welcome clients of all faith backgrounds and walks of life. I often work with women and helping professionals.
