As an experienced therapist working with clients who are coping with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, I have worked extensively with adults of all ages. Caring, empathetic & dynamic, I work diligently with each of my clients to help them achieve a better quality of life. Developing a strong working relationship with my clients is a priority, thus my clients do well in therapy. A key component of therapy is to listen to you, the client, and to offer a safe and welcoming place for clients to be heard.
