My name is Elizabeth Dufour, LPC and I am a person-centered counselor in the state of Alaska. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I believe that each person has within themselves the capacity to change, heal, grow, and live up to their full potential. In today's world it is all too common to struggle with mental health problems alone and it is my passion to help change that.​
