I help couples that feel disconnected, resentful, unheard, under-appreciated, or who struggle to have productive discussions around conflictual topics. I'm here to help. I use Gottman method in my couples work. Gottman Method is an evidence-based treatment to address all of these relational issues and more. Gottman Method blends processing old wounds, enhancing connection and understanding, and relational skill building. These skills are wide ranging and include: building a friendship, conflict management, and building a life together that honors both partner's dreams. I have also completed Gottman Institute trainings specifically for working with trauma via relational work, infidelity, and addiction recovery. I also work with couples around issues related to life-cycle transitions, premarital counseling, conflict, and disconnection.
