I am a seasoned, dedicated individual and couples therapist with over 15 years of experience treating adults struggling with anxiety, depression, loss and grieving, relationship issues and work challenges. I will work collaboratively with you to gently and compassionately explore the recurring patterns in behavior and relating that cause you pain and stop you from getting what you want personally and professionally. We'll look to the past but spend most of our time in the present learning more effective ways to make decisions, take action and communicate with the important people in your life.
