My favorite part about working with my clients is helping them discover or affirm what is important to them. There is something so special about guiding someone to understand what their heart desires and creating a plan to help them achieve it. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients to use their heart as a compass to navigate all life's challenges while enjoying life along the way.
