I am highly skilled and experienced in successfully treating depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, and PTSD in youth and adults. One of my specialities is treating children with anxiety. I teach children and their parents game-changing life skills such as emotional awareness, self-soothing skills, coping strategies, and assertive communication. I also specialize in treating new and seasoned moms struggling with isolation, parenting, depression and anxiety. I have been a licensed therapist in the Temecula Valley for over 20 years and have my own practice in Murrieta, CA where I practice in person counseling services.
