With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer compassionate and personalized guidance. I obtained my Masters Degree from Indiana University and use evidenced-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness to make sure we are getting the most out of our time spent together. I specialize in helping teens and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, thought and mood disorders, behavioral disorders (ODD), grief and loss, suicidal ideation, ADHD, family and relationship conflict, life transitions, and parenting. I chose this field because I am passionate about empowering others & believe everyone deserves a compassionate listener.
