My name is Findley. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and have been practicing for 9 years. I believe strongly that everyone needs somebody and that it just takes one person to potentially change the trajectory of your life. I ran from therapy myself for years, only to find out as a young adult how powerful it could be with the right fit as my therapist. I take a very humanistic and relational approach to therapy. I will never tell you how to live your life but will support you in navigating your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I want to create a sense of safety, a place where you can show up authentically as you are. I will challenge you and push you but never beyond a point where you aren't comfortable. If there is a change you want to see, I will support you in finding that.
