I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I enjoy working with those who experience school stress, perfectionism, social anxiety, life transitions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents in recovery from their ED and supporting parents with FBT, and I also get great enjoyment working with college-age and post grads on transitioning into adulthood. My ideal client wishes to lead a more fulfilling life and to feel confident in utilizing effective coping skills on their own.
