Hello! Congratulations on starting the therapy process. I aim to provide a welcoming environment where clients can feel safe sharing their troubles while being open to learning skills and techniques to help. I believe a mix of person-centered therapy (PCT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is best, but tailoring the type of treatment to the client is paramount. Open to working with all populations, though I specialize in LGBTQ+ and young adults. I was lucky to have diverse experiences within my practicum and internship working with many different genres of treatment; such as sex therapy, youth social work, and individual online services.
