I provide support to individuals who desire to address issues in their lives causing difficulties and blockages. While I have a variety of experiences across different settings, the bulk of my experience is centered on working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, and trauma in Latinx, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and low-income communities, respectively. I help my clients process their experiences, identify needs, establish and meet goals that align with their overall vision for mental wellness. I aim to provide a space where folks can feel safe to be vulnerable and supported while healing and growing.
