Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in Florida. I completed my Master's at the University of Alaska. I have practiced therapy for the past 7 years. My primary focus is working with adolescents and adults, helping them through overwhelming emotions and learning appropriate coping strategies to successfully navigate trauma, life's stresses, and interpersonal relationships.
