Entering into the therapeutic process is a brave endeavor. I consider it a privilege to work with individuals who are searching for ways to be more authentic in their daily lives. So many of us get broadsided by life, be it a sudden death, a near fatal accident, relationship issues, or just a nagging desire to be more joyful! We will strive to unravel the complications that life and any kind of challenge may bring. My goal for you is to learn how to allow yourself to live more fully each day. I firmly believe that every person holds his or her own truth. I have success working with people in recovery from drugs, and alcohol. I understand the challenges of physical disabilities from personal experience. With any disability comes a long list of consequential problems: chronic pain, depression, opioid addiction, etc. I can help you navigate these.
