I thoroughly enjoy working with young adults as they navigate life's many challenges. These often include significant life events, anxiety or depression as well as academic, social, and relationship concerns. I enjoy the challenge of learning about a person and helping them connect the dots between experiences, thoughts, emotion and behavior. My goal is for individuals to leave each session feeling stronger, more confident, and more capable of making positive change in their lives.
