Hi! I am Elizabeth Hebard, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in the San Francisco Bay Area and working with clients throughout the state of California via telehealth. Using a varied approach, I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, and life transition challenges with adolescents to adults. My approach to therapy varies based on my clients’ needs but my overall orientation is rooted in Family Systems and Narrative Therapy modalities. I believe my clients’ unique perspectives and relational context illustrate their experiences.
