Elizabeth Holtz is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2000. She graduated from Benedictine University with a degree in Counseling Psychology. Elizabeth Holtz believes in an eclectic treatment approach as one size does not fit all when it comes to counseling. I believe that clinicians should meet clients where they are. I try to find what the person is missing in terms of sense of self rather than work toward an idealized version based on societal norms. Its more about the client's goals than the therapist's .
