Trauma-informed treatment aims to equip ourselves with an experience that increases our ability to trust our own compass and to create the life we need now. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR trained, and DBT Certified. These modalities compliment the therapeutic alliance and are aimed at outcomes to see, affirm, and celebrate you as a whole person.
