Hi, my name is Elizabeth Iaquinto, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Central California. I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University and have been practicing for 5 years. I specialize in helping those that struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues by working on utilizing coping skills to better their every day lives and relationships. My approach to therapy is person-centered, prioritizing the establishment of rapport and providing empathetic understanding, validation, and supportive reflection. I believe in creating a safe and understanding environment that fosters growth and empowerment for my clients. I want my clients to feel supported in every session. My client's sessions is a place for them to come and communicate their needs and a place to work on their desired goals.
