About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 40 years of experience working in both the mental health and addiction fields. I have treated adolescents and adults in outpatient, inpatient, and long-term residential settings. Throughout my career, I have studied how early childhood trauma affects both the physical and emotional well-being of adults. What has impressed me the most over the years is the creativity, complexity, and, above all, the flexibility of the human mind. I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at Boston University and lived in Boston for 20 years before relocating.
